Angola is a country which has recently taken the decision to join the SAATM and to support the liberalization of the African Air transport market.

Mr Octavio Oliveira,AFCAC Competition Regulation Specialist mentioned the policies and laws put in place to promote fair competition among Airlines and protect the rights and interests of Air Passengers.
Mr Paul Antoine Ganemtore talked about the Annex 3 of the Yamoussoukro Decision which serves as a comprehensive framework for the implementation and regulation of Air Services liberalization in Africa, facilitating greater connectivity.
